Robert Novak, a great American Journalist and a Phillips Foundation founding trustee, provided the inspiration to award fellowships to print and online journalists who share our mission to advance constitutional principles, a democratic society and a vibrant free enterprise system.? Print and online journalists with less than ten years of professional experience are eligible to apply.

The Phillips Foundation awards $50,000 full-time and $25,000 part-time fellowships.

The application deadline is February 22, 2011.
